Research: the majority of Russians are ready to spend up to 500 rubles on a gift to a colleague.

Two-thirds of Russians are ready to spend no more than 500 rubles on a colleague’s birthday present. It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the study of the Rabota.ru project.

It also turned out that about a third of compatriots do not celebrate this holiday with their workmates.

“Most often, Russians are ready to spend from 300 to 500 rubles on a gift to a colleague – this answer was chosen by 37% of the survey participants. 28% are willing to spend from 500 to 1,000 rubles on a gift, and 27% – up to 300 rubles,” the analysts explained.

It also became known that 7% of respondents are capable of spending from 1,000 to 2,500 rubles on a gift.

1% of those who took part in the survey are ready to spend more than 2.5 thousand rubles.

The study was organized in September 2022. 3.1 thousand adult residents of all districts of Russia were polled.

Earlier it was reported that more than a third of Russians spend more than half of their monthly income on school fees for children.

According to the minister, reducing the lighting time will be as symbolic as turning off the Eiffel Tower at 23:45 instead of 1:00 local time.

Abdul-Malak stressed that this measure sets an example for the population. The politician added that it is important to mobilize citizens to work within the framework of the ecological transition.
